Performance reviews and apprasials
smartHR performance review template is based on the SAP HCM performance management module.
The provided functionality involves both employees and managers in the process via Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) scenarios. Access to data is restricted via the standard authorisation infrastructure.
Templates that cover all the parts of the appraisal process, such as goal setting, appraisals and development plans, can be defined. Scale and grading systems are flexible and can be tailored as required.
The standard review process allows both employees and managers to participate individually by filling out their own sections. During the performance review these will be evaluated against each other such that dialogue can focus on identifying and understanding differences in opinions.
All appraisal documents, including defined goals and completed performance reviews, are stored such that they can be reviewed by both employees and managers via ESS and MSS.
Reporting structures can be established such that HR can monitor and assess the appraisal process on a continuous basis.
