smartHR can be implemented as a Software as a Service (Saas) solution or directly on customers' own IT infrastructure.

In the Saas offering, which is chosen by the majority of our customers, Zalaris will take full responsibility for all aspects of the solution including, hosting, upgrades, help desk etc.  The solution is hosted in a SAP certified hosting environment located in physically separate data centres for maximum redundancy and uptime.   Our infrastructure runs on state of the art Fujitsu Flexframe servers specifically designed for effective SAP operations.  

In the more traditional method of implementation on the customer’s own infrastructure, a copy of our smartHR template serves as the starting point for configuring the solution to the customer’s needs.
